I got Dark Knight for Christmas!

Its fullscreen edition, and it comes with a comic and a replica of Two-Face's coin!
Off the subject, I got a "crammer", $200, and a ton of other stuff. I am buying an iPod touch with the $200!

I got a chance to see this movie yesterday!

Well, it was very funny. The alien's names are Klatoo and Gort. It seems like this remake is not really a remake at all. It's as cheesy as the original probably was.

Okay, I'm being a little harsh-The movie wasn't THAT bad. The special effects were cool, except for Gort (He looked pretty fake, honestly). Also, there are these little microscopic metallic beetle things that eat everything-glass, humans, whatever. So that was pretty cool.

The problem was that I was expecting it to be as good as War of the World (good movie starring Tom Cruise), and it really wasn't as good. So really my expectations were way too high. If you keep your expectations low before watching the movie, you'll probably enjoy it a lot. It's just that I was expecting something amazing, and I got something average. But really, you'll probably like this movie, but not love it, like me. Plus, some parts are really cheesy (and hilarious), so it's almost like a comedy!

Overall: B- (81%)

By the way, I posted the picture for the old movie and the new one-Gort (the alien on the 1951 poster) looks the same in the new movie!

Dark Knight Review

Wow. All I can say is "wow". That was probably the best movie of the year, maybe of all time! The intense action sequences are phenomenal, the story is thrilling, and the whole movie is amazing. My favorite part is when Batman used the batpod to trip the semi-truck with the Joker in it. That scene was shot in Chicago! Wow, the special effects were great. Heath Ledger was spectacular, as was Christian Bale. Maybe the next Batman movie will be called "Bathunt" or something, because at the end they start hunting down Batman. This movie is at LEAST tied with my old favorite movie, Iron Man. I still am in shock of how great that film was. One thing-About 45 minutes too long. I took a break in the middle of the movie and did something else, then came back later. If you haven't seen this film, this is your chance. See the best film of the year! And by the way...WHY SO SERIOUS???

Spore (PC):
Good: Fun making creatures, great game
Bad: Nothing

10/10 This with Star Wars force unleashed and Rock band are my favorite video games!



Rock Band (PS2):
Good: Drums, mic, guitar are all amazing and really fun!
Bad: There have been many technical issues (game doesn't load, songs don't work, etc.)

10/10 Except for the technical issues, this game is flawless.




By the way, Shaun White snowboarding was terrible, so I took it back.
